Every Lead,
Tracked to the Pipeline.
Creators Academy trains designers, editors and marketing teams in Adobe tools. They were running ads, but the trail from ad to enquiry broke between their website, their email tool and their CRM. We joined it all up, designed a lead magnet and built a Skills Gap Assessment funnel that keeps the ad source on every lead.
- WHO — Creators Academy, Adobe-certified creative skills training (Foresight Elearning)
- WHAT — Marketing Automation, Lead Capture Forms, CRM Integration, Conversion Tracking, Lead Magnet Design, Website Support
- WHEN — 2025 – 2026
- WHERE — Sunderland, training teams across the UK
- HOW — Make.com joining WordPress, Pipedrive, Brevo, ScoreApp and Microsoft Teams, with UTM data kept from first click to deal
Ads Running,
Leads Leaking.
Creators Academy sells Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects courses, plus a training platform for whole creative teams. Leads came in through a mix of forms, and the ad trail was lost whenever someone left the website for a third-party tool. The team wanted every enquiry in Pipedrive, every contact in Brevo and a clear record of which ad brought each person in.
- One place for every lead: Pipedrive
- Every contact in the right Brevo lists
- Ad source kept on each lead so spend can be judged
The Right Form
on Every Course.
We replaced the old Make forms with Pipedrive web forms, one each for Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and general enquiries, each tagged so the sales team knows which course someone wants before they call. We added a “Speak to an advisor” button linked to the team’s Pipedrive booking calendar, and redirected the old bootcamp pages to the new one so no links went dead.
- Separate Pipedrive forms for each Adobe course
- Course tags on every enquiry
- Book-a-call widget linked to the Pipedrive scheduler
- Old bootcamp pages redirected to the new page
A Syllabus
Worth Swapping an Email For.
We designed The Creative Skills Syllabus, an eight-page A4 guide that sets out what you learn on each Adobe course, the two ways to study, the learner journey step by step, a learner’s story and what to do next. It went through a round of feedback with the Creators team, was signed off in December 2025 and is hosted on their site.
- Eight-page A4 guide in the Creators Academy brand
- Course outlines for Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Learner journey for online and classroom routes
- Learner story and a clear next step on the last page
Download Button
Straight to the Inbox.
To get the syllabus, a visitor fills in a popup that we put on every Adobe course page. Make.com sends them to the lead magnet lane in Pipedrive and to the right Brevo lists, and Brevo sends an email with a download button. Google Ads tracking records when someone starts the form, submits it and reaches the thank-you, so the team can see which ads bring in sign-ups.
- Lead magnet popup across all Adobe course pages
- Contacts routed to Pipedrive and Brevo through Make.com
- Brevo email with a download button
- Form start, submit and thank-you tracked in Google Ads
A Form That
Keeps the Ad Source.
For the team training offer, Creators Academy used a ScoreApp quiz that scores a creative team’s skills. The problem: once a visitor left the website for ScoreApp, the ad tracking was lost. We gave Louise two options and she chose the one that keeps the tracking. A custom popup on the Teams page collects the details first, fires the conversion, then sends the visitor to ScoreApp with their details already filled in, so they go straight into the questions.
- Custom popup opens after four seconds or on exit, once per visit
- Five UTM fields captured from the ad link
- Meta and GA4 conversion events on submit
- ScoreApp opens with the details filled in, no second form
Brevo, Pipedrive
and a Teams Alert.
In the background, each submission goes to a Make.com scenario. It creates or updates the contact in Brevo with the right lists and tags, and posts a “new lead” card into the team’s Microsoft Teams channel. When the visitor finishes the assessment, ScoreApp pushes the lead and their results into the Creators for Teams pipeline in Pipedrive with the UTM data attached.
- Brevo contact created or updated, with tags and lists
- New lead card posted to Microsoft Teams
- Assessment results pushed into Pipedrive with the ad source
- Personal skills report for every team that finishes
Errors Go to Teams,
Not an Inbox.
Louise asked for one thing above all: if something fails, tell the team where they’ll see it. So failed form submissions and Brevo errors post a warning card into Teams instead of an email nobody reads. The popup even reports its own errors back through the same route. We built it over two remote days in April 2026, tested it end to end with tagged test leads, demoed it to the team and handed over a full build log.
- Warning cards in Teams for failed forms and Brevo errors
- The popup reports its own errors through the same route
- Tested end to end with tagged test leads
- Two-day build, demo and written handover
