One job:
book the survey.
Heritage Windows NE wanted a new brand for conservatories, orangeries and warm roofs, and a page that turns North East homeowners into booked surveys. We rebuilt the logo, designed three concepts, built the page with John’s own job photos and wrote the Google Ads to send people to it.
- WHO — Heritage Conservatories, a new brand of Heritage Windows NE Ltd
- WHAT — Logo Rebuild, Brand Colours, Landing Page Concepts, Web Design & Build, Copywriting, Google Ads Build, Hosting
- WHEN — October 2026
- WHERE — Sunderland, North Tyneside & Northumberland
- HOW — A new sub-brand, one page built around a single action, and a search campaign written to feed it
A New Brand,
One Clear Action.
Heritage Windows NE already fit windows and doors across the North East. They wanted to push conservatories, orangeries and tiled warm roofs under a brand of their own, Heritage Conservatories, on a new domain. When we met in September we agreed the shape of it: not a full website, but one page that does one job. Get a homeowner to book a free survey, or pick up the phone.
- New sub-brand on its own domain, heritageconservatories.co.uk
- One page, one action: book a free survey
- Built for Sunderland, North Tyneside & Northumberland
From a Screenshot
to a Proper Logo.
The only copy of the Heritage logo we had was a screenshot. So we redrew it as clean vector artwork: the roofline icon rebuilt, the wordmark reset in a slab serif, and a matching Heritage Conservatories version alongside the original Heritage Windows & Doors mark, plus a reversed version for dark backgrounds. We kept the brand green and grey, then added a warm offer yellow and a dark band colour for the page.
- Logo redrawn as scalable SVG, icon and wordmark
- Heritage Conservatories and Heritage Windows & Doors versions
- Light and reversed artwork for every background
- Green, grey and yellow palette with Barlow type
Three Routes,
One Winner.
We didn’t send a mood board. We designed and built three full landing pages to the same brief: a calm premium one, a straight-talking local trade one and a bold modern one. Each had the survey form, a before and after slider for warm roofs, the products, the towns and the FAQs, so Heritage could choose from the real thing rather than a wireframe.
- Three complete, clickable page concepts
- Premium, local trade and modern
- Every concept checked for plain, honest copy
The Form Sits
Above the Fold.
The finished page puts the survey form and the phone number in the first screen on any device, with a sticky call bar on phones. The copy is written the way John talks to customers: we measure up, draw it in 3D and give you one written price, and nobody will push you to sign. Products are split into conservatories, orangeries and warm roof replacement, each with its own call to action.
- Survey form and phone number in the first screen
- Sticky call and survey bar on mobile
- Plain English copy with no double-glazing sales talk
- Fast hand-built page with no page builder
Keep the Conservatory,
Change the Roof.
Warm roof replacement is the easiest sale to explain badly. We built a drag slider that shows the old glass roof against the new insulated tiled one, with the key point next to it: your frames and base stay where they are, so you don’t pay for a full rebuild. It works with a mouse, a finger or the keyboard.
- Before and after drag slider, touch and keyboard friendly
- One clear message: keep your frames and base
- Its own “book a free roof survey” button
Their Jobs,
Not Stock Photos.
The concepts used credited Creative Commons photos as placeholders. As soon as John sent his own job photos over WhatsApp we swapped them in: orangeries, Victorian and lean-to conservatories, a rear extension with sliding doors and a garden room. A homeowner sees Heritage’s own work, fitted in the North East.
- Real Heritage installations in the “Styles we fit” gallery
- Captioned by style so buyers find their own
- Product cards use the same real photos
Search Ads
Written for the Page.
A good page only works if the right people land on it. We built the Google Ads account in full: four campaigns for conservatories, warm roofs, orangeries and the brand, eight ad groups of high-intent phrase and exact keywords, responsive search ads, sitelinks, callouts and a long list of negatives to keep out DIY, jobs and big-brand searches. Targeting runs from Sunderland up to Morpeth and Hexham, with Teesside and north Northumberland left out as agreed.
- 4 campaigns, 8 ad groups, 46 phrase and exact keywords
- Ad copy that matches the page word for word
- Every ad points at the survey page, not a homepage
- Negatives for DIY, jobs, kits and national brands
No Surprises
After You Ring.
People buying a conservatory worry about being pushed. So the page answers that head on with four steps: free survey, 3D design and one written price, fitting on agreed dates, and a local number to ring afterwards. Then the FAQs deal with planning permission, roof-only swaps, timings and price before anyone has to ask.
- Four-step “what happens after you ring” section
- FAQs on planning, roofs, timings and price
- Towns covered listed in full
